Coeo is pleased to be commissioned for the second year in a row to conduct the Swedish Museums' spring meeting as a hybrid. The Swedish Wind Energy Association's hybrid conference VIND reached even more participants by putting digital first, regardless of whether they attended digitally or physically. Together with the conference organisers, a digital platform was created that was accessible to both digital and physical participants.
The FLISA Congress is organised every year. After a break from the all-physical conference due to the pandemic, participants were eager to meet again. What they have learned during this period, however, are the many benefits of digital tools and methods. That is why they wanted to offer something digital this year as well, although the desire was primarily to focus on the participants on site in Piteå.
For the second year in a row, the Nature Tourism Companies held their conference Forum for Nature Tourism as a Hybrid. This year, they wanted to give digital participants a stronger sense of participation and the opportunity to have an experience at least as good as those who wanted to participate on-site - so they enlisted the help of us at Coeo. Together, we created a platform and approach to promote digital content and create value and engagement regardless of how one chose to participate.
Change the Game carries out a number of activities each year to promote physical activity for all ages - including an annual conference focusing on movement and activity. To reach more participants digitally and to increase networking opportunities for the physical participants, they enlisted the help of us at Coeo.
