Coeo [Latin for "To Meet"] was founded in Umeå in 2019. We love being part of the latest developments, and our passion lies in creating concepts, methods, and approaches to meet modern needs.
The team behind Coeo consists of employees and consultants. We are a team of 8 people who help with development, support, project management, production, on-site filming, and business development.
We have a background in and a strong interest in sustainable business models, and we saw how climate change would severely impact travel to various conferences, while also recognizing the benefits of digitization for both knowledge sharing and networking. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, many people still struggled to envision how this would work, but now we’re all hurtling toward the future at breakneck speed.
We at Coeo have the expertise! As we transition to digital and hybrid conferences and events, we want to help charge for the new value created. Therefore, we have looked closely at how we can help organizers digitize their business model through new types of revenue models, concepts and interactive sponsorship.
In other words, Coeo does not want to take away physical events, but instead create new, complementary opportunities and business.
