Who are we?

Coeo [Latin for "To Meet"] was founded in Umeå in 2019. We love being part of the latest developments, and our passion lies in creating concepts, methods, and approaches to meet modern needs.

The team behind Coeo consists of employees and consultants. We are a team of 8 people who help with development, support, project management, production, on-site filming, and business development.

Climate change and knowledge

We have a background and interest in sustainable business models and saw how climate change would severely impact travel to conferences, while also seeing the benefits of digitisation for both knowledge sharing and networking. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, many people still had a hard time seeing how this would work, but now we are all driving at rocket speed into the future.

We at Coeo have the expertise! As we transition to digital and hybrid conferences and events, we want to help charge for the new value created. Therefore, we have looked closely at how we can help organizers digitize their business model through new types of revenue models, concepts and interactive sponsorship.

In other words, Coeo does not want to take away physical events, but instead create new, complementary opportunities and business.
