Payment is easy via card or invoice, and everything is integrated into one system. The result is a smooth experience for both organizer and participant.

Application & registration
Create your registration any way you want - simple or advanced. It can be anything from a simple form with a logo and colors to collect names and emails, to a more complex registration with different products, prices, add-ons and availability. Common add-ons include hotel reservations or meals.
We know that every event is unique. Sometimes the registration needs to be done for someone else, sometimes the content needs to be separated between different target groups. Coeo has the expertise and experience to help you set up the right flow for your event.
Tickets
Offer different categories of tickets - for example, for VIPs, speakers, exhibitors or students. The ticket is personalized and you decide the cancellation policy and the possibility for participants to change their ticket.
Payments
The customer pays for his/her ticket(s) seamlessly via the most common payment solutions such as Swish, card or invoice payment.

Check-in on site
We offer flexible check-in solutions, adapted to the size of your event:
- Easy management - Print the list of participants and check them off on the spot.
- Quick check-in with QR code - Each participant will receive a personalized QR code that will be scanned directly upon arrival using our tool.
- Full service - If you need extra support, we offer both staff and equipment for check-in. We also rent out our systems for QR scanning and print-on-demand of name tags.
PS! Of course, it is possible to have your own system for registrations and tickets. Then we import participant data (for example as an Excel file).
