Schibsted's Interactive Internal Conference
Schibsted’s Data & Tech division brought together employees from five European offices for an interactive internal conference on Coeo’s platform. The focus was on creating an engaging experience with plenty of networking opportunities among colleagues and across offices, including through workshops in breakout rooms.
The Challenge: Fostering collaboration across multiple offices
A key part of the conference was to provide opportunities for employees from different offices to meet and collaborate, despite geographical distances. Particular emphasis was placed on networking and joint workshops.
The Solution: Structured breakout rooms for collaboration
The event was broadcast from a studio in Stockholm and streamed on Coeo’s platform, in collaboration with the event agency Drevent from Oslo.
In addition to the live broadcast, the platform was used to host interactive workshops and facilitate networking in breakout rooms.

- Using the platform's features, participants could be directed to the correct room via buttons and "announcements"
