We are delighted to have organized an internal conference for one of Schibsted's departments, Data & Tech, called Momentum. Employees from five European offices were inspired by an exciting and packed program.
Of course, it was also important for Schibsted to meet colleagues from other offices and hold workshops together. The event was broadcast from our own studio in Stockholm and streamed to Coeo's platform. This was done in collaboration with the event agency Drevent from Oslo.

In addition to the broadcast from Stockholm, the conference focused heavily on networking between colleagues and offices. The organizer had divided the participants into different groups in advance, without their knowledge.

When it was time for workshops in the program, participants could easily find their predetermined rooms, see which people belonged to which group, and find clear instructions in each group room.

With Coeo's tools, it is easy to direct participants to rooms using buttons and announcements, which are often used for this purpose. These clear instructions are greatly appreciated. Getting participants to participate, interact, and engage makes digital meetings very rewarding, something that the organizer and Coeo did very well in this case.
