Primary Care Conference – four digital broadcasts

Recurring broadcasts to a specific target group

By creating a shared meeting platform, the conference organizer was able to offer the target group what they often want to get out of physical meetings in a new and modern way. They created a platform where participants could both gain new knowledge and inspiration, but also engage in activities that usually occur during coffee breaks, for example, such as networking, mingling, and exchanging experiences, all digitally.

Many groups need regular meetings to exchange experiences, network, and acquire new knowledge. For participants, physical meetings often require a lot of time to get to, which in many cases means missing out on meetings and exchanges of experience instead of a solution that does not involve a physical meeting.

All content was gathered on the digital platform, including programs, posters, exhibitors, live broadcasts, a play channel, and presentation materials from speakers.

In this case, a digital format was the best solution according to both participants and organizers. Every other week, on four occasions, and one morning per occasion, participants were able to access highly relevant content. The organizers also had time between occasions to evaluate and improve the program.

During these mornings, participants could watch the content on their own or in groups. Many chose to watch in groups, known as hubs, to discuss the content and at the same time get a sense of community and participation. If anyone missed anything, they could watch it afterwards, as the entire program was recorded and edited directly using the Coeo platform.
